To be abreast with the school curriculum in academic and co-curricular activities, regularity to school is imperative. Parents are requested to plan their social activities according to the school calendar given in the white year book. In case of emergencies, leaves need to have a prior sanction.
You will be glad to know that the school fee can now also be paid online via Pay U Money. You can login to ‘pragyan.mappingminds.in' by entering the students' unique ID and password and pay the fee on school fee page. Payments can be made through debit / credit card or net banking.

Pre- Primary

\r\n\r\n

Children of Nursery and KG enjoyed Wednesday activity ‘Hurdle Race'. To recapitulate the concept of occupation students of Nursery had the role play activity of Green Grocer. Related pictures of all the activities are uploaded on the school's Face book.
In Nursery, letter ‘T' and its phonic sound was introduced with flashcards and pictures. Story of ‘Three little Pigs' was narrated and shown to the children. Children enjoyed the activity of pasting of leaves on letter ‘L'. In Hindi, ‘Naani Naani suno Kahani and ‘sabziwalaaaya' rhymes were recited in the class. Oral counting of 1-10 in Hindi was also done in class. In Maths, Numeral ‘2' and its value was introduced with flash cards and counting of objects. Children enjoyed doing a worksheet on pattern writing. Oral counting of 1-10 was also done in the class. Children enjoyed colouring worksheets on fruits, green grocer and lemonade in their workbook.
In KG, revision of letter o, a, c, d was done with related objects and phonic sounds. Picture reading of ‘This is my family' was also done from English work book. In Maths, what comes after /before and worksheets of missing numbers was done in class. In EVS, children learnt about Buffaloand its habitat and a PPT too was shown to them about the same. ‘Show and tell' activity was done on ‘ladybird' in the class. In General Awareness children learnt a few lines, enjoyed few songs and watched a PPT on summer season. In Hindi, swar Ã %A4%89, Ã %A4%8A was introduced with the help of the pictures.

Transcription for classes I- V will be done as per the teacher's guidance, both in English and Hindi.
The following Wednesday activities were conducted:\r\n&tab;
- Classes 1 and 2 had clay modelling
- Classes 3-5 had crossword puzzle in English.
\r\n&tab;

On Thursday, 28^th April 2016, class II had an educational outing to the Qutub Minar. The students enjoyed the architectural beauty of the monument. On Tuesday, 26^th April 2016, class III A&B visited the Nehru Planetarium and Teen Murti Bhawan. On Friday, 29^th April 2016, class IV visited the National Science Centre. Watching various exhibits of science was a great learning experience for the students. Class V visited the Air Force Museum. Models of various aircrafts of the Indian Air force were of interest for the students.
Classes III A & B conducted the class assembly. Our thanks to the parents of both the classes for their motivating presence.

Seniors

\r\n\r\n

The elections for senior Head girl and Head boy were held on Monday, 25^th April 2016 during morning assembly. We congratulate Khyaati Bhatiand Devrath Singh of class XII for being elected as the Senior Head Girl and Head Boy respectively.
We thank parents and school staff for motivating and encouraging students for taking part in the cycling event held in the school on Saturday, 23^rd April 2016.
We thank Mr. Shali Ittaman father of Mythili Ittaman of class 9A for demonstrating self defense techniques, Krav Maga to students of classes 6 and 7.
The students of classes 6 to 12 will appear for their first Pen Paper Test from 2^nd May 2016, we wish them all the best for the exams.
Classes 6, 7 and 8 had an enriching experience on visiting Sanjay Van, Qutub Minar and National Science Center respectively on 26/4/16 as their educational outing.
In Inter -House Hindi debate competition, for classes 6 to 8, Suhani Kumar of Prabal House and Mansi Mavi of Prayas House were judged as the winner for the motion and Tushti Moza of Prakand house as the winner against the motion. Shatakshi Narang of Pragati house was judged as the best interjector.
In Inter- House Hindi skit competition for classes 9 to 12, students of Pragati House stood first and Prabal House came second.

Sports

\r\n\r\n

Selected students from classes III to V will come for the Football friendly match on Saturday, 30^th April 2016 with Genesis School. Related circular has been already mailed to the parents.
Students of classes I & II will come for Athletics Intra- Mural Activity. Related circular has already been mailed to the parents.
School's senior boys team participated in Inter- School Basketball Tournament held at Khaitan Public School, on Thursday, April 28^th 2016.
Inter- House Tennis Tournament was held on Wednesday, April 27^th2016. Winners will soon be awarded with the certificates.
