· On the occasion of the 70th Independence Day, to pay reverence to our nation, you are cordially invited to attend the flag hoisting ceremony on 15th August at 8:00 am in the school premise. This will be followed by colorful Kite Flying . Looking forward to spending some joyous moments together.
\r\n\r\nStudents and parents of classes IV- XII are cordially invited for the Cycling Eventwhich will be held on August 15, 2016. The event will begin at 6.30 am from the school's campus. Mail regarding this has already been sent to the parents.
\r\n\r\n· With the objective of giving our students an enhancement towards global learning our school has hosted two teachers from the United Kingdom. This programme has been organized with the coordination of British Council Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Lucy. They will be with us for five months.
\r\n\r\n· On account of Rakshabandhan school will remain closed on August 18, 2016for classes Pre-Nursery to XII.
\r\n\r\nPre- Primary
\r\n\r\n· Nursery B conducted the assembly on Wednesday on the theme Rainy Season, home and shelter, shapes and narrated a story of ‘Little Red Hen' with puppets. We thank all the parents of Nursery B for lending support with their presence.
\r\n\r\n· Children of Pre-Primary celebrated Independence Day with great splendor, joy and zeal. A special assembly was held on Friday.
\r\n\r\n· In Nursery, Letter ‘N' and its phonic sounds were introduced with flashcards and pictures. Worksheet on tracing letter ‘N' was done. Picture talk on different kinds of food healthy and junk food with a song and PPT was shown to the children. ‘Vegetables are good for me' rhyme was recited with actions in the class. In Hindi, Vyanjan ‘à %A4%9A' and its related vocabulary was introduced with pictures and flashcards. Rhyme ‘à %A4%AAà %A5%80à %A4%B2à %A4%BE à %A4%B0à %A4%82à %A4â à %A4%B0à %A4%82à %A4âà %A5%80à %A4%B2à %A4%BE à %A4%86à %A4®' was introduced and recited in the class. In Maths, numerals 1to5 were recapitulated through worksheet and Hopscotch Activity. Children enjoyed tracing and colouring Square, Triangleand Circle shape was revised through sorting shapes activity. In General Awareness Summer fruits and vegetables were introduced. Children enjoyed PPT and colouring different kinds of summer fruits and vegetables. Occupation soldier was introduced with rhyme ‘Five Little Soldier' and PPT. Children made colourful kites by handprinting, enjoyed colouring National Flag and symbols of India and sang patriotic songs. They were also shown PPT on national symbols of India.
\r\n\r\nKindly send pictures/cut outs of healthy/junk food from magazine or newspaper for an activity to be held in class on Tuesday.
\r\n\r\n· In KG, letter ‘b' and ‘i' and ‘ed' family words were introduced along with cards. In Maths 0-100 was done along with what comes after, before and in between numbers. Greater/less, big/small numbers were introduced. Children enjoyed an activity on what comes before. Skip counting of 2's from 0-30 was done in class. In General Awareness,revision of the Fox and its habitat was done and a PPT on Independence Day, National symbols and pictures of few National leaders were shown to the children. Children enjoyed making flags and kites for Independence Day. In Hindi, recapitulation of two letter words and vyanjan ‘Ã %A4%AA' ‘Ã %A4%AB' was introduced in the class.
\r\n\r\nPrimary
\r\n\r\n· Classes I and II had poem recitation as inter-class Wednesday activity. Winners will be awarded their certificates.
\r\n\r\n· Transcription in English and Hindi for classes I-V has been given to the students.
\r\n\r\n· Practices of Rhapsody for classes III-V is on. Students' regularity to school will be appreciated.
\r\n\r\n·
\r\n\r\nSeniors
\r\n\r\n· Pen paper test 2 for classes 6 to 12 are going on. Syllabus for the month of August of classes 6 to 8 is uploaded on mapping minds.
\r\n\r\n· Special assembly on Independence day was conducted on 12th August 2016. Students from classes 1st to 12th presented group recitation, speeches and dances to celebrate the occasion.
\r\n\r\n· On 15th August 2016, a cycling event is being organized by the health and wellness club. The mail regarding the timings and route has been mailed to all parents.
\r\n\r\n· We congratulate Ananya Sharma of class XII and Reet Kohli of Class X for securing second position in inter-school Photography competition held at Genesis Global School Noida.
\r\n\r\nSports
\r\n\r\n· Heartiest congratulations to Saagar Sinha of IV B for winning Silver Medal, Abhishek Pandey of V A for winning the Bronze Medal, Parth of III B, Gauri of IV B , Vandana of IV C in Inter- school Karate Championship held in the school Auditorium on 10th August 2016 hosted by RENBUKAI KARATE

· During rainy season kindly ensure that there is no stagnant water in or
\r\naround your house. Dengue and Chickunguniya may arises due to mosquito bite. Put a little quantity of kerosene oil around 3-5ml in stagnant water to prevent the growth of Mosquitoes.
Interact Club
\r\n\r\n· With the intent of extending charity to the needy parents are requested to donate old clothes for them. A drop box has been kept at the reception, donors can drop their old clothes in it.
