Dear parent

Greetings!

With the inputs of the parents, the school is geared up to welcome the senior classes' students back to school from 2^nd November 2020 for classes XI & XII and 19^th November 2020 for classes IX & X.

Students of classes XI & XII will come to school on Mondays and Tuesdays and those of IX & X on Thursdays and Fridays. To further reduce the number of students in each room, classes IX & X are further divided into IX A₁, IX A₂, IX B₁, IX B₂, IX C₁, IX C₂ / X A₁, X A₂, X B₁, X B₂. The timings of the school will be from 8:15 am to 1:30 pm.

Coming to school is not mandatory. It is as per the parents' consent. All classes in school will be streamed live to students wishing to take online classes from home. Extensive written practice / written revision / clearing of doubts will take place in school. Further teaching of new concepts will not take place on the days the students are physically present in school.

Students will have 4 classes of 1 hour each commencing from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm with 15 minutes gap after each class. This time of 15 minutes will be utilized by students for washing their hands at designated washing areas. A half an hour refreshment break will be provided from 10:45 am to 11:15 am for students to have their food, brought by them from home.

Please note that students need to carry the following things while attending school:-

1. All relevant books, notebooks, stationery as per the time table (that will soon be provided). Students will not be allowed to use the school lockers.
2. Students will have to wear a proper mask at all times when they are in school. One extra mask, properly packed, must be carried to school, in case it is required.
3. Although hand sanitizers are placed in different areas of the school and in the corridors of the senior school building, students are advised to carry their own hand sanitizers as well. School building along with its furniture will be sanitized once a day. Students are also expected to carry a sanitizer spray to disinfect their tables and chairs.
4. Paper tissues need to be in everyone's pockets so that these may be used in washrooms and other areas.
5. Students must carry 1-2 bottles of water. Refill, if required, can be done from the Junior Dining Hall of the senior building.
6. All waste – leftover food, foils, used masks need to be carried back home. A small carry bag must be present with everyone to carry their trash back home.

Parents are requested to advise their wards on social distancing and other precautions to be adhered to during their presence in school.

School transport, if required, can be availed by paying the monthly transport fee by 29^th October 2020. Parents may get in touch with the Accounts Department, Mr. Achal @ 9891959399 or Transport Incharge, Mr. Chandrapal @ 9990475851.

Students from containment zones and those showing flu like symptoms are requested to stay back home.

We request parents to fill up the consent form (attached herewith) for sending their ward to school. The same need to be mailed to the class teachers by 24^th October 2020 so that school can make necessary arrangements.
