Circular - Reopening of schools for students of classes IX to XII
Dear parent
Greetings!
Hope all the members of the close knit Pragyan family are safe and happy at home. With almost seven months of global shutdown due to the COVID pandemic, things are slowly coming back to the new normal.
Finally the State Government has given its nod for reopening of schools in the UP State from 19th October 2020 for students of classes IX to XII.
To make the teaching learning process more effective for the students, we at Pragyan are geared up to welcome our precious gems with warm hearts. As per the directives received from various Government bodies, the school is ready with its SOPs to partially reopen the school for senior classes. The SOP for reopening the school are attached below. These SOP outlines various generic precautionary measures in addition to specific measures which will be taken up when our school reopens for students of classes IX to XII.
We plan to open the school initially in a graded manner with the students coming to school for lesser number of days in a week. To further reduce the footfall of students in school on a particular day, students of IX & X and those of XI & XII will be in school on two separate days. Classes in physical school will also be streamed live to those students who are at home.
However, we will take final decision of when and how to reopen schools after we take your suggestions and inputs.
All necessary steps will be taken in school to ensure that our students and staff are safe.
Looking forward to having our lovely students back with us in school.
Warm regards
Ruchika Sharma
