After the reverberant success of  Pragyan School MUN 2020, the second edition of Pragyan School MUN 2021-22 is being organised virtually on Zoom. Around 16 schools from different parts of the country are participating in the two -day event. The Opening Ceremony of the session was held on 28th of August. The ceremony began with a warm welcome to the Managing Trusty Mr. Ram Chand, Principal Mrs Ruchika Sharma, the eminent guests Mr. Rama Kamaraju (Consultant, NITI Aayog), Dr. Anupam Joshi, a Senior Environmental Specialist in the World Bank, Mr Hriday Bhatia founder and director of Diplomathon and the team Diplomathon along with the teachers and the delegates of the Pragyan School MUN. The energy in the virtual meeting was electrifying, one could almost smell the anticipation amongst the delegates waiting eagerly for the commencement of the MUN. The enthralling event started off by a humble prayer, 'Ganesh Vandana'. The guest speaker Mr Rama Kamaraju addressed all the delegates, not only urging them to perform at the best of their abilities and enjoy the festivities around them, but also gave a riveting discourse on cause and effect. His speech greatly moved the audience and laid a zestful foundation for the next couple of days. Next up was a melodious instrumental performance by a senior student from Pragyan School. It was a pleasure to have Dr Anupam Joshi, who addressed the congregation. He tactfully presented a dynamic ideology, which could help the delegates in the conference and outside of it as well. Principal, Mrs Ruchika Sharma, thanked the esteemed guests and lauded the efforts of the student body in putting together the online version of the event, despite the odds due to the ongoing pandemic.
