On 8th August 2023 and 10th August 2023, Pragyan School organised an educational excursion for class IX and Class X students to the prestigious National Police Memorial and Museum, New Delhi. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students with the valiant history of India's police force and to pay tribute to the 34,844 police personnel who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty since the country's Independence in 1947. The students were fascinated by the display of ancient weapons and artefacts used by early law enforcement officers, providing a glimpse into their challenges. The museum's exhibits covered various milestones in developing the police force in modern India, highlighting its growth, responsibilities, and contributions to maintaining law and order. The visit to the National Police Memorial and Museum was a profoundly moving experience for the students.
