Pragyan School, Greater Noida started its new session with a bang with its Investiture Ceremony where the school's new Student Council was chosen and honoured with their shining badges by the Managing Trustee of the school, Mr. Ram Chand. It was indeed a proud and touching moment for the students, their parents and the staff when Mrs Ruchika Sharma, the Principal solemnised the occasion with the Oath Taking Ceremony and all the office bearers pledged to carry out all their duties with full dedication and sincerity. The cherry on the cake was the cultural programme- ‘Aurora' which preceded the Investiture Ceremony- a splendid show based on William Shakespeare and his works which gave the students of classes 6th-10th a chance to display their innate talent through various literary and cultural activities like plays, sonnets, recitation and dance. The 100% participation of the students gave them a platform to perform as actors, orators, singers and dancers. Not only was the programme entertaining, but also a true learning experience for all the pupils as they were able to get an insight into Shakespeare's life and work by being a part of it. Overall, the show was a great success.
