I believe in helping the earth because.........

I believe in helping the earth because it gives us everything.We cannot live without our Mother Earth as the earth(trees) provide us oxygen and takes in the carbon dioxide and maintains a balance in the atmosphere. The earth gives us shelter; it gives us food, clothes, furniture to make our life better.

But, what are we giving to it? We are not giving anything; we are just taking from it. We are polluting our environment. Global warming is continuously increasing. We are cutting trees. All this is harming natue, our Mother Earth.

We have actually forgotton the importance of the Earth. We are so selfish that we do not help our earth. When we are travelling we throw empty cartons, tins and peels along the raod. We throw out polythene which is non-biodegradable waste. By doing this we are harming ourselves. If we pollute the environment we are harming ourselves.

We should think of what we are doing. We should follow the three R`s - Reuse, Reduce, Recycle to save trees.We should follow afforestation. We should learn the correct way of Agriculture (cultivation). So let's take steps to save our Mother Earth. Let`s learn to conserve energies. Let's make people aware of polluting our environment. Let's make our sad Earth a happy Earth!
