A workshop was organised for classes IX-XII by Aarogyam - Health and Wellness club, in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, Noida on 7th August, 2023. The workshop, led by counseling psychologist Mr. Rohan Dass, focused on the theme Empowering Self, through responsible use of social media. Mr. Dass discussed role models impact on behavior and advised aligning with positive figures. He addressed the issue of incongruence between real self and online persona, suggesting informed interactions and support systems. Practical tips included limiting app usage, respectful online behavior, and digital detox. The workshop concluded on a positive note by encouraging students to become conscious users of social media, fostering meaningful connections, and leaving a positive impact on the virtual landscape.
