Educational Outings for the month of July

Outings are an important part of the school's curriculum and are organized once every two months for these classes. Through these outings, students practically learn about the various concepts taught in the class.

Class VI: Crafts Museum

An educational trip to Crafts Museum, Delhi, was organized for the students of grades VI on July 12, 2022. The prime purpose was to associate the students with a sense of appreciation for the rich craft, textile and heritage of India.

Class VII: Qutub Minar

Students of Class VII visited Qutub Minar on 11/7/22.  The students were very excited and  eager as they were to see the red sandstone and marble edifice. A long walk inside the minar seemed like a beautiful journey.

Class VIII: Nehru Planetarium

An educational trip to Nehru Planetarium was organized for the students of Class VIII on 14th July, 2022. Around 50 students along with 2 teachers watched the morning show called ‘The Ultimate Universe' at the Sky Theatre.

CLASS IX: Gandhi Smriti Museum

Students of classes IX AB visited Gandhi Smriti Museum at Delhi on 8 July 2022.Gandhi Smriti, formerly known as Birla House or Birla Bhavan, is a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, situated in New Delhi.

Class X: Waste to Wonder Park 

Students of Class X attended a Pre-Trip session on "Waste to Wonder Park" on 11th July 2022 for their educational trip that was planned for 13th July 2022. They were amazed to see how beautifully the scrap metals are transformed into such wonders. 

Class XI-A-XII-A: Science and Technical labs of IIMT College

Students of Class XI A and XII A visited the Science and Technical labs of IIMT College, Greater Noida on 7th July 2022.They had a glimpse of various lab equipment and their functioning which has given them an understanding about the teaching and learning they will be imparting in their higher education.

CLASS XIC-XIIC : National Museum, New Delhi

On 7th July 2022, the students of classes XI C and XIIC went on an educational outing to the National Museum in New Delhi. They learned about ancient sites and civilizations like Harappa, the Maurya period, the Gupta period, etc. The National Museum has the largest collection of miniature paintings all across Asia, along with an impressive coin and artefact collection.
