Symptoms of computer vision syndrome can include eyestrain, headaches, blurred vision, dry eyes, and neck and shoulder pain. During the workshop, the students likely learned about the causes of computer vision syndrome, as well as strategies for preventing and treating the condition. Some of the tips for reducing the risk of computer vision syndrome may include taking regular breaks, adjusting the lighting and positioning of screens, and maintaining good posture while using digital devices. Overall, the workshop aimed to educate students about the potential risks associated with excessive screen time, and to provide them with practical tips for protecting their eye health while using digital devices.
