
Pragyan School had organized annual trips for the students of classes 3-5.
Annual school trips are much more than just a break from the classroom. They serve as a vital
component of a well-rounded education, offering students the chance to learn, grow, and create lasting
memories that can impact their lives in profound ways. Keeping this in mind Pragyan School had
organized annual trips for the students of classes 3-5.
Students of class 3 went on a 2-days' trip to Fatehpur Sikri and Agra on 18th and 19th September, 2023.
A group of 24 students accompanied by three teachers was part of this trip. The first destination on day
1 was Fatehpur Sikri. The little explorers were captivated by this magnificent fortified ancient city, which
was the short-lived capital of the Mughal empire, during the reign of Emperor Akbar. Day 2 started with
an early morning guided tour of Taj Mahal. After a sumptuous breakfast, the students left for the Agra
Fort tour. The students were mesmerized by the architectural excellence of the Mughal empire. It was a
great learning experience for each one of them.
Students of class 4 from September 18th - September 20th. Forty one students accompanied by four
teachers visited Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur, the students checked into their hotel and after lunch visited
the City Palace, the Hawa Mahal and the Birla Temple. On day 2, the students were taken to visit the
famous Amer Fort. There the students enjoyed learning about the history of the fort and marveled at
the beauty of the fort's architecture. Evening time was enjoyed at the well known resort of Jaipur-
Chokhi Dhani. Next day the students were shown the Albert Hall and the Jantar Mantar. The educational
trip was not only about traveling to places, but a transformative journey that expanded their horizons
and nurtured personal growth.
The students of class V went to educational tour to Jim Corbett National Park from 18th to 20th
September. The park is renowned for its diverse flora and fauna and is home to the majestic Bengal
tiger, among other species. The tour commenced with a briefing on the rich biodiversity of the area.
Later the students enjoyed watching a movie on the same. The next day, the students were delighted to
go on a jungle safari which was a wonderful experience of driving through the forest as they sighted
different species of animals and explored the various trails of the park. Post lunch they went to Jim
Corbett Museum was also an exceptional attraction for them where they observed the vast collection of
flora and fauna and the preserved specimens of tigers and leopards. On last day was started with bird
watching activity and our students had the privilege of observing various avian species. It was an
invaluable experience for all the students.
